About Yam Kharel

Yam received his real estate license in February of 2023, and in just over six months, he has already broken records by surpassing a sales volume of over $3 million. Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Yam moved to Pennsylvania earlier this year and now resides in Palmyra with his wife and two children.

 

Yam holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University and is currently pursuing his MBA. Before transitioning into real estate, he held numerous leadership roles, including manager of learning and development and HR manager at a multinational corporation. His extensive background in leadership, business, and management has given him valuable skills that benefit his clients in real estate.

 

In addition to his professional success, Yam has always been deeply committed to giving back to his community. Since arriving in the U.S. in 2008, he has been actively involved in many community projects, demonstrating his passion for making a positive impact wherever he goes.
