About Naresh Oli

Naresh Oli is a real estate agent based in York, Pennsylvania. Born and raised in Nepal,
he moved to the United States at the age of 13 and now lives in York with his wife and
their five-year-old daughter. He serves clients throughout York and the greater Harrisburg
area. Naresh earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Washington
in 2018 and brings the same focus, discipline, perseverance, and attention to detail into
his real estate career. He chose real estate because he believes owning property is
invaluable for everyone and is one of the strongest paths to building generational wealth.
Naresh speaks Nepali, Hindi, and English, and enjoys working with people from a variety
of backgrounds. Outside of real estate, he is an avid sports fan who loves traveling,
hiking, and singing karaoke—especially traditional Nepali songs.
