About Mark Regala

I moved to the United States in 2009 with my family, and we’ve lived in Parkville and mostly in Perry Hall, MD. The community here has become a big part of my life, and I’m passionate about helping others find their place in such a vibrant and welcoming area.

 

I graduated from San Beda College in Manila, Philippines, and since 2017, I’ve been honing my skills in the real estate industry, giving me 7 years of experience. Over the years, I’ve built a reputation for being detail-oriented, which I believe is crucial for delivering the best service to my clients. I also place a high value on integrity, ensuring every transaction is transparent and straightforward.

 

Before my real estate career, I gained a diverse set of professional experiences that add valuable insight into how I approach my clients’ needs, making sure every detail is taken care of. Whether it's understanding the local market or navigating negotiations, my experience equips me to deliver successful results.

 

Outside of real estate, I’m passionate about sports, especially basketball, biking, and golf. These hobbies keep me energized and focused, and I believe they also contribute to my teamwork and strategic mindset.

 

Being fluent in English and Tagalog helps me connect with a broad range of clients and ensures clear communication throughout the entire real estate process.
