About Labchan Rajbhandari

Labchan Rajbhandari brings a unique blend of scientific expertise, leadership, and relationship- building to the real estate industry. He holds a Master of Professional Studies in Biotechnology and more than decade of conducting neuroscience and translational research at Johns Hopkins University and as a Scientist at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. Throughout his career, Labchan led complex research projects, publications, collaborated with physicians, researchers, and multidisciplinary teams, and mentored laboratory personnel, helping them develop their skills and achieve their academic and medical career goals. His analytical mindset, attention to detail,and easy-going personality have allowed him to build strong professional relationships and deliver successful outcomes in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Today, Labchan applies those same skills to helping clients navigate the real estate market with confidence. He believes every client deserves honest communication, personalized guidance, and a trusted advisor who listens first. Currently residing at Montgomery County, he is passionate about serving the local community and helping buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their real estate goals.

Outside of work, Labchan enjoys following American football, traveling, hiking, and spending quality time with his son. He values building meaningful relationships, staying active in the community, and creating lasting connections with the people he serves.
