Htun Naing is a dedicated real estate professional with a strong foundation in finance and business. He graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMB) in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics and earned an MBA in International Business from Loyola University Maryland in 2011.

 

Htun is married with two children—a son and a daughter—and resides in Perry Hall, Maryland. He is actively involved in the local community through his work with two successful restaurants in the Rosedale and Dundalk areas, reflecting his deep connection to the community he serves.

 

An experienced real estate investor since 2007, Htun became a licensed realtor in 2021. He specializes in investment properties and has successfully completed over $20 million in transactions. Htun focuses on helping clients build wealth through the BRRRR method—Buy, Rehabilitate, Rent, Refinance, and Repeat—guiding them through every step of the investment process to maximize returns.
